How the service works

We transcribe client recordings (dictation or interviews) from our offices in Auckland, New Zealand, imposing three levels of quality control to deliver 99% editorial accuracy. We have:

  1. tested, trained and experienced transcriptionist operators;
  2. independent proofreaders;
  3. supervising quality controllers.

To use our services, record onto a digital voice-recorder and simply email us the recorded file. Finished documents are returned to clients the same day or the next day.

When can clients use us?

For full-time support

We provide full-time services and support from 8.00am to 7.00pm every day of the year for clients in New Zealand and Australia, and an express overnight service for clients in the UK. Enjoy the benefits of extended available full-time cover but pay only when you use us.

For overflow and peak-time support

Maintain streamlined resources in-house, supplemented with OffsiteCentral cover to handle peak demand and unpredictable workflow cost-effectively.
